Vault Pro 2015 - Update Visualization File Issue

It seems that all users need "Delete" permission rights on a folder if trying to update visualization files.

Is this a known issue?

No. Trying to update latest version.

Can be achieved if user has "Delete" permissions on the folder the file is in.
