Vault Pro 2014 think my Office is 32 bit

Hi,

I'm installing Vault Pro 2014 on my co-worker's machine, Her is Win7 64 bit, with Office 2010 64 bit. When I run Vault Pro 2014 Installation, it show as Office 32 bit and Outlook 32 bit. In this case, when installation finish, there is NO Vault ribbon in Outlook and Office.

  How I can fix it?

Thanks

Wes

from the system requirements

For Microsoft Office add-in (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Microsoft® Office® 2007 (SP2)
  • Office 2010 (SP1) (32-bit or 64-bit)

office 2010 requires SP1
