Vault Pro 2014, Copy Design Issue for "Approved" Status

hi all,

I have problem in copy design.

When i try to copy design from main assembly with Approved status. I can't copy the drawing where related to all part in main assembly. 

But, i can use this feature to any status except approved status.

fyi, my lifecycle definition are like below

WIP-ForREview-ForApproval-Approved-Released-Obsolete

Does anyone know, why? or where i can set this setting?
