When I change the status of files from the "for review" to "released" error appears. There is an information that the content center file has not been released.
How to create a rule that did not change the status of content center files?
Is it advisable to change the status of content center files?
Please attach a print screen.
In Vault Settings, Behaviors, Lifecycles. Pick the lifecycle Definition you want to modify (if you have more than one), and select Edit. Select Transitions. Highlight the transition you want to set rules for (review to released for example) and Edit. Go to the Actions Tab and check or uncheck the apporpriate boxes. These are actions the system will take whenever this transition occurs.

My recommendation:
Create a separate Category and Lifecycle Definition for Content Center parts.
Then make a released state the default state for that Lifecycle Definition.
Finally create a rule in the Category rules that cause the Content Center parts to be placed in that Category on add.
This will have the affect of all Content Center parts be released on first being added to the Vault.
Most find this acceptable because data in the Content Center does not typically go through a release process as they are already proven library data.
Hope this helps.
