Vault Pro 2012-Issues with Preview

Hi,

When I click on a 3D file. The image that I see as a default view shows a zoomed in view of the file. I do not see the full images in its home view as it should be. Because when I saved this .ipt file I save it in the home view. See Image 1, it shows what I see now & Image 2 what it should be. This is hapenning with lot of parts. Please help!

Can somebody please reply to this.

Just an fyi.  The 'preview' tab shows the DWF that is created when the document is checked in.  You are not 'previewing' the actual model.
