Vault not getting most recent version of children in assemblies.

Using Vault Pro 2013 and Inventor 2013:

I've been getting complaints about vault not opening the most recent version of parts withing assemblies.

I've reminded everyone to not use the OPEN command within the vault client, and to make sure the non-released bias option is set correctly.

But with all of this set correctly, I just watched a user open an assembly (weldment) from the vault using the inventor plug-in, and sure enough, one of the parts it loaded was an older revision.

This problem is really beginning to irk me.Smiley Mad

Does the assembly itself force an older version?  What's failing, the assembly file or the vault?

If you have all updates installed and you can reproduce this issue, please contact support.

The behavior you describe sounds like a defect and we would like to know enough to ensure that it is addressed.
