Vault Job Server / Processor not updating DWF's when lifecycle state changes

Hello,

when I change the life cycle of a file in vault I would like Job Server / Processor to update the dwf. However, it never happens. The job is never registered in the Job Queue. It used to work before. Are my settings wrong? Where can I set the rules for when an update dwf is to be run?

Please help me, it is such a time consuming task having to "add to queue" manually all the time.

Hi Andreas,

maybe it would help if you would provide screenshots of your configuration.

First question: on the Transition of the lifecycle where you want to have the job running (for example from Work in Progress to Released) on Actions tab: is there Synchronize Propertues and update view jusing Job Server ticked?

Second question: Is the security on the transition restricted?
Third question: how about the security settings of the lifecycles. Does the user who is logged into Jobserver have enough permissions (Read/Write) here?
