I have a user who is getting an "Indexing" error whenever she does a basic search while in Vault Explorer (2012).
According to the Help in Vault I am directed to select the Vault and then the Actions tab, there I should have the "Content Indexing Service" option to which I select "yes" to turn it on, or "No" to turn it off.
Problem is, I don't have such a option of "Content Indexing Service" in the Actions tab

I found that she had the "Search File Content" option selected in the search window.
