Vault errors since update to 2014

Since our update/migration from Vault Professional 2013 to Vault Professional 2014 earlier this year, we get apparently random errors when attampting to login. An IISRESET command on the server resolves the issue most of the times, but I'd rather tackle the cause of the issue. Can someone help me with this?

Server:

Vault Professional 2014 (18.2.2.0)

HP Proliant ML-350 G6, 32GB RAM, 2x Xeon E5620, 2.4 GHz

Windows SBS 2011 Standard SP1

Clients:

Vault Professional 2014 (18.2.2.0)

HP Workstation Z600, 6GB RAM,  Xeon E5645, 2.4 GHz

Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1
