Vault Crashed during ECO edit

While editing a change order in vault pro 2013, vault crashed. Now it says it is locked, by me, but I cannot do anything to it, because it is locked by me. Has anyone experienced this and how did you resolve it?

This is the expected behavior when the application crashes or is killed by Task Manager.   The lock on the Change order belongs to a specific login (which you lost when the application crashes).  There is currently no way to recover it.  Rather, you have to wait until it timeouts (which is usually 30 minutes).  Vault 2015 has the ability for an Administrator to clear out these locks on demand.  See:
