Hello,
at one PC the Vault connection failed with the following error message:
"The document format is not recognized (the content type is 'text/html; charset=UTF-8'
by connecting with the LAN via WLAN it works, by connecting via cable the failure is comming up. The connection to the network generally and the internet works with the cable LAN.
The Laptop was for a trip out of the network, before it worked fine. Sinces connecting again, this failure appeared.

Hello Bernd,
This is due to a name resolution problem on the network and should be addressed primarily by IT.
Try to connect using IP of the server or the long name of the server (example would be SVR0815.mydomain.com). Does it work? Is yes, the software is working properly, the computer just cannot resolve the computer name by itself.

You should then get more enlightening error messages.
