Vault Collaboration and Professional

Hi

Actually, there is a Client using 5 network licenses of  Vault Collaboration, but our client would like to migrate one of them to Vault Professional in order to control and manage changes, approval inside the vault (change orders), he will work with both products, Collaboration and Professional, my question is:

Is it Possible?

Will have any issue or compatiblity problem working inside the Vault with both products Professional and Collaboration in the newer versions 2013?

What would you recommend us about this?

Best Regards

Thanks.

you can't connect a vault collab client to a vault pro server and vice versa

you would have to setup a second physical server to run both products

don't know if you can replicate the databases since they are 2 different products

i would not recommend doing this

no two teirs of Vault may interact with other.

This includes replicated environments.

In short, all servers and clients must be the same tier of Vault.
