Vault Collaboration 2012 not loading properly

I have an issue with Vault Collaboration 2012 loading correctly in Inventor 2012.

I can log into the Vault from within Inventor just fine this tells me the EDM addin is loading correctly.

After logging in I go to the Vault Ribbon and I do not have the ability to open from vault or check in or check out.

Now here are the things I have checked and down to troubleshoot this installation.

Note: three machines have this issue. 2 machines with XP 32 and one Win & X64

1) Verify the Inventor Vault Addin is loaded (unloaded and loaded several times)

2) Right clicked and verified the EDM Addin is loaded. Reset several times with reboots in between as well.

3) verified the project file is good. Stored in the vault and other machines work with latest version.

4) Reinstall of Inventor, and Vault Col. Client. Including a registry clean at least once.

Anyone else seen anything like this or have any other ideas for troubleshooting?

What happens if you create a new Vault Project in Inventor with proper mapping of folders?

So that we can verify if its the machine or user profile can you have others log into one of the machines that isn't working and see if they can dupliccate the issue?
