Hi,
Hopefully someone can assist me ?
We have a couple of users working on Vault Pro 2013. When the users check out out the files they don't alwasy get the latest versions of the file. One usre will get the latest version while another will get up uoto 3 versions back. We have investigate and they are all just using get/checkout and not asking for previous versions.
3. Ensure the files are downloaded to the right location.
If you still see the issue after verifying the above, please post a video showing the workflow that the user is performing. That will help us to identify the issue.
