Vault Check in Fatal Error

The prospector reflects my Drawing being checked out; However, the Path at the top of the screen does not confirm that it is Checked out. Upon Check in I get this Fatal Error (0x0000 Exceptions at 2570aa61h) every time. Anyone know of a fix for this?

1. Which product are you using?
2. The information of operating system
3. The detailed workflow that can always reproduce the issue
4. Is the issue related to the specific dataset, or it can be reproduced with any dataset?

When I check out any drawing from vault, the drawing shows to be checked out in the prospector; However, the drawing link in the status bar at the top of the screen does not say checked out. When I check the drawing in, it will check in, then fatal error. Also, I've noticed that if I check out a drawing then undo check out, & then check it out again, that problem goes away.

Question 4)
The problem is not related to one specific dataset.
