Vault Basic 2013 - Server Incompatibility

Hello,

 

When opening the Vault and it tried to connect to the DB I get the following error:

 

Server Incompatibility

This server is incompatible with the database. This server must be upgraded to version 17.0.61.0 and is currently 17.0.61.0.  Updates are available from: www.autodesk.com.

 


Before I do a complete uninstall and reinstall of everything from scratch any ideas on how to resolve a db discrepancy between the same to versions?

Verify that the client and server are on the same service pack.  Also, verify any hotfixes.
