Vault Backup Problems

Hi.

I'm having problems backing up a Vault 4 DataBase.

When Validating Backup I get this error, attached to this message.
The backup procedure then continues but when restoring it displays
that stored procedures can't be updated

Any ideas how to handle this situation?

The dialog that you attached is indicating that there is a database record
for these files but they do not exist in the filestore. You have a couple
of options.

1) If this is a recent occurrance you could restore a previous backup (but
you will lose all changes since the backup was performed).
2) If you have local copies of these you can delete the items in Vault
Explorer and then check them back in.
3) Delete the items in Vault Explorer if they are no longer needed.

The stored procedure issue is a different matter. Please rspond with a copy
of the Vault Manager log file to help us to diagnose the issue.
