Vault Backup Errors Missing file

Is the following error a sign of some bigger issue or simply that of a missing file.

 

5/24/2014 7:28:09 AM A file system error has occurred: Could not find file 'D:\...\000\000\000\040\001\025\40001025916\40001025916_40001025918_2.tif'.

Hi klbosch,
thank you for your Message.
Question is, if it is expected that these files are missing. Vault would expect them to be there, otherwise he would not have searched for them to back them up. Where they deleted by accident?
Please check your machine's windows event log for hardware errors or anything you suspect that might have caused these files to be deleted.
