Vault 2015 Illegal Characters When Performing a Copy Design

When performing a copy design I get a illegal characters error and the copy design cancels. At the time of the error the progress bar is on library parts that are set to reuse. It should not be doing anything with these parts so why could it cause the error and how can I correct it?

Does your filename or folder path have any 'special characters'?

Such as:  #, $, %, &, " (quotes)

There is a hash tag on some of them for 150# flanges. That has been like that for a long time and never caused problems. Other assemblies can copy without that problem. After 4 tries the copy design worked. This happens once in a blue moon.

Do you have a default Inventor Project file established within the Vault?
