Vault 2014 connection problems

Hi All

We have setup a test Vault server with the following setup

• Server 2008 R2 SP1
• IIS as per Vault Advanced setup guide
• .NET 4.0 (Left the Vault Basic installer to install 4.5)
• SQL Server 2008 R2 SP2
• Vault Basic Server 2014
• Restored a Vault backup from Vault Basic 2013 to the server
• Windows Updates run to the latest updates as of 9 May 2013

The server was also setup according to the Vault Advanced setup guide.

After this we are having connection issues trying to connect to Vault Basic Server 2014 with the 2013 Client.  We get an error that I have attached.  It is similar to the error shown in the following post

however a restart did not fix this. The following was also run and returned what it should as mentioned in the same post. http://<server>:<port>/autodeskdm/services/filestore/v18/authservice.svc

In our case the 2014 client connects to the server but the 2013 client cannot.  Could this be a windows update issue as Vault client 2013 should be compatible with the 2014 Server?
