Vault 2013 not loading the office Addin

I have vault 2013 collaboration and i can have the office add-in loaded,

what shall i di?

Hi,

Please do Add or Remove Feature on the vault install. There you can see the office add in. Check the mark 

and it will appear.

Thanks for the info.

But it was not that simple, since i was always receiving the message that  I need it to uninstall the previous Addin, and i couldn't find how to do it.

Apperently when uninstalling vault 2011 collaboration, the reg entries were not deleted, and the data managemnt was still in the computer. So I had  to run the regedit to clean all the entries and also delete the MSoffice addin from the datamanagemt folder.

Now I installed the vault 2013 collaboration again and its working.

Does this solution effect automatic starting of Job Processor at windows logon ?

We are few guys who used this solution to fix MSOffice Addin, but seems we lost auto start of Jobprocessor.

Anybody expirence this?
