We experience some crashes in the vault 2012 system, are there any local client logfiles we can look into and if there is where are they on the client computer?
regards. Kent boettger
Are you talking about the Client crashing? There are no log files that I am aware of other than on the server, but when you get the crash to desktop screen, I believe you can view or save the crash report. I know for sure you can send it to Autodesk.

The problem is that the vault client just stop responding? and never comes up with the option to sent error to autodesk.
Can you post your system specs?
Are you running the Job Processor on the machine that has the issues?
