Vault 2009 server cannot find the data management services error

Im trying to login to my vault server and this error pops up.  The tech support that usually helps is out on holiday for a few weeks and so we need some help fixing this.  Any ideas?

try the ip address of the server

Hi,

If you use a proxyserver for your local Network:

Internet Explorer - Internetoptions - Connections - LAN-settings:

Be sure checkbox activated: 'Bypass Proxyserver for local adresses'
