Hi,

Are you seeing the issue only with Autoloader? How about Vault Explorer and other applications like AutoCAD OR Inventor?

If it is only Autoloader I need to know the following information.

1. You system information (OS, Language, x86 or x64...etc)

2. Please send this file C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Vault Professional 2013\Autoloader\Explorer\Autoloader.exe.config

3. Event log from Event Viewer

Also is it happening in only one machine?

Any other information which can be useful for us to investigate please send them also.

Thanks for the reply. We will look into the files. In the meantime can you please let us know if you have changed anything in the config or not?

Is Autoloader working in another machine? Is there anything different in this machine?

Hello,

Thanks again for your reply.

If you haven't changed anything then I would say, do a repair install for the Vault Client and see if you that works for you.

Regarding your issue on Mapping project to a folder other than the default folder when using Autoloader, please refer the following solution.

Hope that helps.

If you have Subfolder under LIbrary then you do not need to place it in XML. You can map to the Subfolder during the Map Folder stage like below. Is that you want?
