Upgraded from vault 2010 to vault 2013

We just upgraded from AutoCAD 2010 to AutoCAD 2013 at my work. We use vault and we are trying to figure out how to copy all the files from the 2010 vault to the 2013 vault. Our server at the company is crashing and we are in the process of setting up a new one. We need to get all the drawings out of 2010 put onto 2013 before the server crashes and we lose thousand of drawings. Please help????

Do a backup from the 'old' server, and restore to the 'new' server.

Before you get too far with this work, please refer to the link below, you will not be able to migrate directly from Vault 2010 to Vault 2013.  Normally we would suggest doing an in place migration on the 2010 Vault, but if you do not believe the current server is stable enough or "up to it" you may need to install 2012 on your new server, restore and then migrate to 2013.
