Upgrade from 2012 Professional to 2013 Basic

Can anyone help me out here? I tried to follow the workflow to delete the old database files but now I'm running into the error because I didn't remove the SQL server. Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of the old SQL server so the Vault installer can create a new one? Thanks.

EDIT: I figured out and uninstalled the server. I now get a random error asking me to remove all the data from the previous SQL server. I have deleted the data from the SQL directory. Where else do I need to get rid of data?

The installation is probably still seeing the filestore folder.  Look in one of these spots depending on your operating system,

Windows 2003/XP - C:\Documents and settings\all users\application data\autodesk\vaultserver\filestore

2008\Windows 8 - C:\Program Data\Autodesk\VaultServer\Filestore

Thank you very much Mr. Herrero. I greatly appreciate your comment. It was seeing the Filestore under the program data structure.
