Unique filename - Vault Pro 2013

Hello Everybody,

We recently started working on Vault Professional 2013

with Inventor 2013. My question is about the Unique file name - Vault Setting

and Rename command.

Please find the attached snap shot.

My understanding is that with "Unique file name - Vault Setting" unchecked

Vault should allow me to Rename any other file with same name.

Correct me if I am wrong or missing any other setting

Thanks

With unique filenames turned off, a file will still have to have a unique name within it's parent folder. But files in other folders will be able to have the same name.
