Uninstalling Data Standard 2015 Just Did This...

Everything was perfectly normal, uninstalled Data Standard, opened Vault and I was presented with the above mess.

To fix this I had to manually reset every toolbar.  I don't plan on trying to reproduce it again but just wondered if anyone else had this happen.

To anyone that gets this in the future, the fix is:

1) Right click anywhere along the top of Vault and click Customize...

2) Stay on the toolbar tab, click each of the (normally there's 5) toolbars and then select Reset.

Thank you Neil, I just installed data standard and had my toolbars get wonky...I really like what I am seeing in the Data Standard so far (just getting started with it), but man, I wish some of this stuff had better quality control prior to release.  And this is DS Update 3!!!
