undo check out, now can't check out

I just did an undo check out on a large assembly, and now I cant check it out any more. I tried this on a part, Check out, undo check out, and now I cant check it out again. Anybody ever run into this. Any help would be appreciated as I now can not save these parts as it just wants to do a save as if you don't have the file checked out.
See Attachment for picture of error.
Thanks

Try to refresh the browser or close and re-open the assembly.

As long as you have your local copy you should be fine - you're not
going to loose anything.

I've seen this most often when you need to refresh the browser's states.

Been there done that. My database is at 1.82 gigs. Is there anyway that could have something to do with it. I know you are suppose to be able to go up to 2 gigs. But that is all I can think of that it might be. I have not done anything to the computer, no recent install of programs. So I'm stumped and at stand still.
Thanks for the reply.

I think you're right. The database grows in approx. 10% increments, so it's
probably failing to allocate the next "chunk" of space. Perhaps you can do a
purge to free up some space?

Yup, I did a purge and now it works. This is a temp fix as I only purged about 160 MB, but with inventor 11 I can use (or it comes with) sql 2005 express and it can handle a database of 4 gigs.
Thanks for the help.

Take a look at how many iProperties you have as "active" in vault. If you are not using all of them, consider making them "inactive" & re-index the database. That may reduce the database size (sometime by a lot) & gain you more time before you have to upgrade to a new sequel version.

It could also add the benefit of faster searches from inside Vault Explorer

Thank you for your replies. I will definitely give that shot.
