Unable to print a change order summary in Vault Professional 2013

When we try to print a change order summary we get thee following error message:

 

There was an internal error, and Internet Explorer is unable to print this document.

 

We are not trying to use IE to print, but I have not been able to find any configuration settings to address this error.

Hi David, 

 

This is a known issue with IE9 and some customer installs of Vault 2014 - this should be resolved by SP1
