Unable to find Autodesk vault data transfer utility

 Hi,

We are trying to use Vault Data Transfer Utility. However we could not find vaultbcp.exe in the folder C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ADMS Professional 2014\ADMS Console.

Where can i download this utility.?

You will need to request this utility from Autodesk.

I have access to it because I am a VAR and have used it on a number of projects but I'm not certain about restrictions on use by end-customers and for that reason, cannot just attach it here on this message thread.

Unless someone else from Autodesk chimes in with the proper avenue to get access to this utility, contact your Autodesk reseller.

Just in addition to what Ryan has said, I've previously had confirmation that the DTU is not authorised for release into the public domain.  It's a Consulting Services utility & only permitted for use by authorised partners, support for the utility is limited as Autodesk can't realistically provide mass support for any damage caused accidentally as a result of its use.

I'm pretty sure Consulting Services Specialised VARs can use the utility freely at their own discretion, VARs who don't currently have access to it would need to request it from Autodesk.

Hi. Sorry for reigniting this old thread, but the question is still valid.

I represent a VAR Gold Partner in Scandinavia, and we are providing administrative services on Vault setting up and maintaining it for our clients.

A colleague with this assignment and with previous experience with Vault DTU/BCP from a previous employer now can't find the product anywhere on Autodesk to install on his newly assigned computer.

Asking Autodesk Support they refer us to Autodesk Consulting Serviced and forums, that have no apparent contact information on their site today: 

"Data Transfer Utility / VaultBCP was developed by Autodesk Consulting. Autodesk Support does not support DTU/BCP.
Please contact Autodesk Consulting. Thank you very much."

Alternatively we are referred to our "reseller" (which unless that is ourselves or Autodesk is FutureGroup who are the Scandinavian distributors for Autodesk) and they don't know either.

Has it been discontinued or is it still available? Is it no longer compatible with recent Windows versions?

It is of some importance for us to know, if you have any updated information.
