Un Vaulting iLogic Assembly

As if me head isn't battered enough!

I have an ilogic assembly which swaps out parts & sub assemblies.

I used Vault to copy design & needed to re populate the sub assemblies not caught by the copy design.

I now want to pack up the Vault Working Folder to deliver the assembly to a third party (non vault)

Is it best to check everything in?

Should all the Vault attibutes be removed (the assembly is going to a non vault environment) - how can this be done?

Any suggestions welcome.
