Tool to extract title block

Is there a tool that can extract the title block information from CAD files located in a directory?

If I understand you right, you want to index all the different title blocks that are in your drawings?

For a routine it is difficult to determine if its a titleblock or a block with attributes.

You could try to modify this .net routine by Kean Walmsley
