Thin Client won't remember server

Hi All,

We recently upgraded to Vault Pro 2015. The when logging into the thin client some machines will not remember the server name the next time they log on. Is there a setting or an add-on or something that these people need to have?

Have you tried to use the URL as follows:

http://vault.webserver.local/AutodeskTC/VAULTserver/VAULTname

If you use this, the Vaultserver and the Vault could not be changed on Website

/VAULTname is an Option, if not needed use the url only with /AutodeskTC/VAULTserver/

You can edit the 2015 Thin Client web.config file (located at c:\Program Files\Autodesk\Vault Thin Client 2015\) to make the Vault server static for all page visitors.  This value is on line 55 - you'll find some other configurable items in that section as well.  Take a look at the attached image.
