Task Scheduler and Vault Pro 2012

Hello,

I have a problem with the Task Scheduler 2012. All the Vault tasks are not showing. The buttons are missing. It is also missing the login option in the file drop down menu.

Basically, it is like the task scheduler is not Vault enable anymore.

Any ideas?

I'm using Inventor Pro 2012 and Vault Pro 2012.

Thanks.

Looks like there is some issue with Installation and the Vault add-in registration. Can you please do a repair install on Inventor and Vault Client?

Let us know if you still see an issue after the repair installation.

I ran a repair on both Inventor and Vault. In that order. It did not solve my issue.

I checked on other computers and not all of them have the problem. They are all Win 7 Ultimate 64bits, all same version of Inventor and Vault with same updates of these two software.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks.

Thanks for your reply and I am sorry to hear that it didn't work.

Now we have 2 options.

1. If you are under subscription please contact our Product Support team and log a support case. Someone from Support will look into the machine.

2. The other option left out to us to do a Clean Re-installation of Inventor and Vault Client.

Sorry that I couldn't help you much on this.

Ok. My problem is solved. I still do not know what caused it but it is now fixed.

I uninstalled Inventor and Vault from my system and then, reinstalled everything. I then applied the service packs and upgrades. The Task Scheduler is now working normaly.

Again, thanks for your help.
