Hi guys, I just want to ask how to show the Part Number column in the BOM created by the Vault ?
I mean the Part Number that is edited/assigned from Inventor.
I am using Autodesk Vault Professional 2013.
Thank you in advance 🙂

In The Bill of Materials window, right click on any of the column headers and select Customize View. Choose Fields. Scoll down until you find Part Number then pick it and select Add->. Once it's in the window on the right you can move it up or down to position it.
And that's it. 🙂

Check the attached file please, I can't find Part Number in the list !
Do you have Admin rights in your Vault?
If so... go to Tools\Administration\Vault Settings\Behaviors\Properties. Scroll down to Part Number and check the Associations to see if it is set to both File and Item. If not, click Edit on the top, then select the down arrow at thr right of the Associations Window and Check Item. That SHOULD make it show up in your list. If this isn't it.... I don't know.... we'll have to dig deeper.
