Show DWF into the Internet Browser

Hi all,

 

When working with the Vault Webclient, is it normal now that IE or Chrome ask to download the DWF file in place of open it into the browser?

 

It's a little bit annoying because the yellow bar that said "Warning: New data available" is not very showy.
