Server could not be found

IV10 + PS4.5
In March Productstream worked fine.
In April our company was closed --- nobady used PS.
In May after holiday PS doesn't work --- when I try to log in it appears "Server could not be found".
Server works fine, network works fine

Any ideas?
Jude

Hi Jude,

Maybe you could try the following from the machine that host Vault
Manager:
i. can you log in to Vault Manager directly?
ii. Is IIS service running? (if not, do commandline\iisrest to restart the
service
iii. Has SQL service get shutdown during the holiday period?
iv. Has anyone initiated backup/restore of the Vault Manager, and did not
turn it on?

Hope it helps.

Rgds,
CH.

Thanks, but ...

i. I can log in to Vault Manager as administrator --- works.
ii. IIS service is running. I have stopped it and started again.
iii. SQL service (MSSQL$AUTODESKVAULT) is running.
iv. Backup/restore function is timed every nigth and it worked fine before holiday.

Diagnostic software seems that everything is ok.
Actually I am going to update to version 5.
But all files are not checked in. I have understood that all files has to check in before updating --- Is it true?

HAVE FILES TO BE CHECKED IN BEFORE UPDATING FROM PS4.5 TO PS5???

Jude,

No, you do not need to have all files checked in prior to upgrading to Vault
5.
