Seriously?

I leanred a valuable, if painful, lesson just now.  Unlike any other field editing program (excel, IV BOM editor etc.), do NOT touch the escape key if you make a typing error while working in Vault Copy Design.  You will find yourself starting over... regardless of how long you have been working on the copy.

In my opinion, a warning will be appreciated before closing the dialogbox...

I learned that lesson a long time ago... very frustrating, I agree. I wish they would just disable the ESC key in copy design.  If you want totally out of it, just pick the Cancel button.

Same thing with the content center editor.  If you are editing the table and press ESC, you lose all your edits without any warning.

I believe the parameters dialogue in Inventor is much the same.
