Revit related subject: How to use central files in the Revit-Vault integration?

It's quite confusing to use share central files in this integration.

1 Where should I put the Revit central file? In a network folder, or just in Vault?

2 There are two kind of configuration. One is the share path. The other is the mapping option in the add-in menu.

Which one should I choose?

I hope some detailed guidline to make the workflow start to run.

Thanks in advance!

Hey there,

Please have a read through the wikiHelp article here:

The Revit integration works by checking in the shared model on sync - recording versions of this central model.  The model is usually on a network share and can be used with Revit Server.
