Restore Vault 4.5 to Vault 5

Hi

I can't restore my Vault 4 to Vault 5, I've received this message (see
image).

Not Sure Here but,
Your thread title & attachment name are indicating the vault you are trying to restore is a ProductStream Database (4.5 not 4.0) If you have installed the new vault 5.0, and you are trying to restore the ProductStream backup to the new Vault install, this may not work as the databases are different types.

Check w/ your VAR about how to upgrade to the new version of ProductStream.

Produscstream5 ..
