I used to be able to get/checkout previous version and check it in as latest. Updated to Vault professional 2013 and I no longer have this option. The check in box is greyed out. How do I restore an old version as the latest?
Getting previous version is now available from the version tab. Simply select the version tab, locate the version you require and get this file.
Also note we no longer permit users to check out the previous version directly as this was causing confusion with out of date references (accidentally checking out old version). In order to replace latest version with previous version you need to check out latest without getting local copy or simply check out latest and then overwrite the local copy.
