Thanks Dave. As you say, overkill, but it may be what we have to do. This
is a political, and jot just a technical issue here, with different
departments involved. I need to solve this problem before the department
VPs start getting CCd on concerned emails...
I hope this one is looming large on your 'need to fix' list. I'm not sure
if a lot of companies are experiencing similar issues, but it's a big one
here.

Of course, right after my last post, I realized there is one way to have
seperate license servers for two sets of users, but it is probably overkill
for what you are trying to do ... If you setup two different ADMS's sharing
one database (aka Filestore replication), you could point each ADMS at a
different license manager.
Not a great solution I know - it would be much easier if we could reserve
licenses to specific users.
