Removinf a transition in Document Lifecycle in Vault

Hello,

I have defined certain life cycle states for Particular categories inside vault ,

For examplae

Work In progress

Under Approval

Under Review

Under Control

Released

Now I want to delete the Transition from Work in Progress --> Released

Is there a way by which I can eiter delte or Deactivate a particular transition.

Prashant,

You will not be able to delete the transition - but you can remove permission for users to go directly from WIP to Released.  The option will even be hidden in the change state dialog.

To do so, edit your lifecycle and select the WIP -> Released transition

(see attached image)

Now when you go to change state when in WIP, the option to go to released will not be shown (see below)
