reinstall autodesk data management server error

I have the following error when I try to reinstall autodesk data management server:
when reinstalling MSDE:Setup failed to configure the server
Autodesk data management setup failed, if the problem persists please contact product support

if anyone has any idea please let me know

Your proxy server is mostly the cause of the problem.
Can you disable it or in the Internet Option set the bypass option for local
IP addresses?
You may have to include the 127.0.0.1 IP address as well as the servers name
in the Internet Options.

Also, you may have to check to see if MSDE was cleanly uninstalled before.
Check the web site to see if anything was left behind from the unistall.

I have removed all the MSDE 2000 registry keys
