Reference Repair Utility, in future

Once we've ran the Reference Repair Utility (RRU), addressed the dangling relationships, and done a successful purge, will it ever be necessary to run the RRU again?  In other words, does this latest update fix the problem with the Purge operation so we can just purge without running RRU first?

The purge will no longer allow parent restrictions to be overridden, which is what was causing the problems with missing references.

However, we recommend you run the utility once and import any missing relationships before running purge, since the purge could delete a version to which a relationship could be re-established.
