Recherche de fichier extrait dans la base

Je rencontre un probleme de recherche sur la base, il me faut deux conditions pour rechercher tous les fichiers sur une base

This question is actually also a case logged to the product support.
Here a quick translation in case somebody has an idea why this is happening:
at this customer environment, if user searches for files "checked out by" = "not empty" he will find just one file while there are more.
All checked out files will appears if user search for  "checked out by" = "empty" (they will show up together with not checked out files)
Search indexes already rebuilded, option "search only in last version" checked.
I will ask for the customer DB, and investigate more next week, but if somebody has an idea about the cause, it is welcome.
