"No mapping between accounts and security IDs"

We are installing (or trying to) Vault 5 on a 2003 server which is a domain controller. Figured out to use \autodeskvault as the username, but now we get the error "No Mapping between accounts and security IDs". I've looked all over the web for an answer, and it seems that this is a MS / SQL issue? We are installing vault with the little 2GB 'mini sql' so I don't know what the heck to do here. A little help? Pleeeeeeaaaaseeeeee?!?!

I had the same problem and after staring at it for a couple of hours (with some internet research on the side) I applied Achums Razor (all things being equal, the simplest explanation is most often the correct one). It was merely the replacement of the "forward slash" ( / ) with the "back slash" ( \ ) that did the trick. It's these little humbling experiences in life that keep me on the straight and narrow (most of the time).
