Property sync and file association issues.

We have a few problems with the latest version of Vault.(2013 Basic)  

When we change a property with Edit Properties, then get lastest version, the fields don't sync.  If we change the sync to one way(Vault to local) it works, but with two way it doesn't when the field is blank.  If there is something in the field, it will work, but if it's blank it will not sync from Vault.

Also, we have an occasional problem where after a rename or copy design, the drawing will lose it's assosiation to the part.  When you open the part it will go find another part with the old name and relink it to that.  We have to be careful to delete the old file and manually relink it to the correct part.

Any ides?

Are there any patches or progress on this?  This seems to be happening a lot lately in Vault.  File's keep losing their associativity when renaming them.  If I rename during a copy design it doesn't seem to be a problem.
