Problems Upgrading Vault 2012

I am trying to upgrade Vault 2011 to Vault 2012 and the install from auto desk is corrupt. Can someone tell me when I can get a good install?

Dan,

 

The download to install is corrupt?  or the installation of 2012 is corrupt?

When I try to extract the file I get:

 

Some Installation files are corrupt. Please download a fress copy....
